Nominations for the next Women in Marine Science (WiMS) Steering Committee are now being accepted. WiMS members are eligible to nominate, be nominated, and vote for the categories below:
- Country Representative Tanzania
- Country Representative Zanzibar
- Country Representative Seychelles
- Country Representative South Africa
- Country Representative Somalia
- Country Representative Reunion
- Country Representative Mozambique
- Country Representative Mauritius
- Country Representative Madagascar
- Country Representative Comoros
- Country Representative Kenya
Nominations should be submitted by email to wims@wiomsa.org by 26th January 2024.
The subject line should read “WiMS Steering Committee NOMINATIONS”.
Please include your full name and country.
Please make sure to have paid your WIOMSA membership fee for 2024 to be eligible to vote in this election (as a paid member of WIOMSA your membership to WiMS is without any additional cost but you have to register for WiMS membership at wims.wiomsa.org)
