This challenge is led by Friends of Ocean Action, IUCN and OceanHub Africa, co-funded by Mitsubishi Corporation Fund for Europe and Africa, and supported by CitiGroup, Loudhailer, Mercator Ocean International, the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), and the Western Indian Ocean Marine Science Association (WIOMSA).
