The Western Indian Ocean Early Career Scientists Network (WIO-ECSN), and its country chapter of Tanzania invite you to a webinar which aims to connect youth, ocean advocates, conservationists, academicians, researchers, activists, government officials, early-career ocean professionals, and all potential stakeholders, from Tanzania and the WIO region to set common goals and focus in restoring the health of our ocean in the region. In this webinar, we will get to hear from ocean experts from different fields in the WIO region who will address the oceanic challenges from the Tanzanian perspective and finally set common goals that will deliver our ocean from these pressing challenges. The seminar is a continued implementation of commemorating the World Ocean Day 2022’s theme of connecting people to save the ocean.
