The Wildlife Conservation Society is pleased to announce an opening for a marine scientific advisor in Madagascar to support their marine teams nationally in science that enhances conservation decision-making by communities, NGOs, and government agencies and supports the team in the development, implementation, and management of the field-level activities for the marine conservation program. He/she will work with the Madagascar Conservation Deputy Country Director and regional WIO Marine Director to ensure the coordination of the marine science efforts. The position is based in the capital city of Antananarivo or in Nosy Be (the choice is up to the candidate) and will require extensive travel to field sites in Madagascar.
