WIOMSA is pleased to invite tenders for a consultancy on “the MASMA Program Evaluation”. The consultancy’s Terms of Reference are attached. The consulting team must prepare and submit:
i) A technical proposal detailing the expertise and work plan required to fulfill the deliverables.
ii) A financial proposal outlining the estimated costs associated with achieving the consultancy’s objectives.
The interested bidders are expected to send their Offer until 5th November 2021, 1800, PM EAT electronically to the email address: secretary@wiomsa.org.
The bid submission will mention in the email title “Evaluation services – MASMA PROGRAM- offer submission”.
