Prof. Ursula Scharler (School of Life Sciences, University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban) will be co-hosting another interactive workshop on the topic of Peer Review Excellence with IOP Publishing on 19 August, 1pm – 3:30pm South African Standard time.
The workshop offers participants guidance to be an excellent reviewer and includes hands-on experience of evaluating a scientific mannuscript submitted for publication. The workshop is aimed at people working in Environmental Sciences, in the broader sense, and at current and prospective reviewers at all career stages.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance and will be fast-tracked onto the IOP trusted reviewer scheme.
