The ALU School of Business’ MBA Programme has been relaunched! The School of Wildlife Conservation is partnering with the School of Business to deliver a conservation specialisation that contextualises the MBA learning journey with practical and academic insights from carefully curated conservation and sustainability topics, including mentorship from leading conservation and sustainability experts.
This joint initiative aims to provide rising leaders in the conservation industry and the corporate world with the world-class management skills needed to innovate sustainable business models and manage projects and protected areas, while gaining access to a high-calibre, pan-African network from all walks of life.
Who can apply
Conservation professionals who:
- have at least 3 years work experience, preferably at a management level

are interested in the “business of conservation” – the transformation of conservation into an economic opportunity for Africa

Working within the African conservations sector

Working in the corporate sector and interested in learning about sustainability and investing in biodiversity

To apply for the conservation specialisation, applicants select the “conservation elective” during the application process. The deadline for this first round of applications is March 1, 2024, and classes will commence on May 4, 2024.
