After more than 10 years, MWAMBAO has become a well-recognized coastal/marine conservation actor in Tanzania and the Western Indian Ocean, engaging with a broad range of partners and funders using community-centred approaches. Working to advise and guide the implementation of several funded programmes in Zanzibar and northern coastal Tanzania, the CTA will supervise a technical team of 40 employees in geographically dispersed locations.
MWAMBAO is looking for an enthusiastic, culturally sensitive, and ambitious team worker, with over 10 years of working experience; previous work within East Africa will be an advantage.
